Delete your Heyback account

Sign in with the same provider you use in the app. Deletion begins as soon as you confirm your nickname.

What deletion means

Access ends immediately and cannot be restored.
Your profile, photos, prompts, devices, and encryption keys are removed when deletion begins.
Active conversations close. The other person may retain their conversation history with your identity shown as “Deleted account.”
Residual relationship records are purged after 30 days.
Billing audit records are retained without profile information to meet financial recordkeeping duties.

This action is permanent. A future signup creates a new account.
